Being part of a community of great women has made such a difference to my life.

Thanks for another great adventure and I want to re-affirm what a difference joining Women’s Fitness Adventures has made to my life. I remember so well that first walk in the Flinders Ranges in 2017. I am naturally reserved but I really pushed myself to talk to and hear the story (or whatever people wanted to chat about) of each person. I couldn’t even tape my own feet back in those days – those patient guides helped me – which thinking back was a very generous thing to do. Those small kindnesses are one of the many great things that Women’s Fitness Adventures does so very well. I have made lasting friendships from that first walk and from every walk since then and I will always be grateful for the day Women’s Fitness Adventures came up on my Facebook feed via a friend and the day I spontaneously decided to dive in to my first adventure. JulieMcDougall I love the sense of adventure, the company and encouragement of great women, the wonder of step by step discovery both of the world around me and my inner world. I love the sense of achievement that you get as you develop skills and breathe through and overcome fears and insecurities. All with the gentle guidance and quiet assistance of the Women’s Fitness Adventures C.R.E.W leaders, our local guides and the generous women in front and at your back. I have travelled to places that I would never have gone to on my own. Julie in Japan Women’s Fitness Adventures is a great company and wonderful community and one I trust completely – the planning, the day to day rhythm, the care and attention given to finding the right guide and to every detail of the trip. All of these things go together to create life long memories and life changing moments. Thanks so much again and I look forward to sharing many more adventures.
