Session One: Turning Adventure Dreams into Reality

Your goal, over the next 10 weeks, is to master the fitness skills, knowledge and mindset required so that you can successfully book into or complete multi day hiking adventures.

Together, we’ll cover the 5 elements that make for a successful adventure :

  1. Planning
  2. Fitness – Strength, Cardio & Endurance
  3. Hiking Skills
  4. Gear & Equipment
  5. The Hikers Mindset

When you cover off these 5 elements, no matter what your adventure – whether it is your very first or you are ticking off another, you’ll know you have the skills and mindset to undertake the trail with confidence.

 

Over the next 10 weeks you will feel ready to book/complete that multi day hiking adventure you’ve been thinking about, knowing you’ve done enough training and preparation so that you can enjoy your last day as much as your first day on the trail.

 

Imagine, on the final day, as you take the last steps of the hike, how incredible you will feel – not only physically having achieved something amazing, but also emotionally, knowing that you are successful, that you can do it, and that no one can take that away from you.

As you shout to the world “ I did it”, you will feel “ the buzz” that only comes with completing a multi day hike and will be already thinking about what’s next.
