FREE WEEKLY HIKING NEWSLETTER
For anyone training for a multi-day hike, whether it's a Women's Fitness Adventures trip or a trail of your own.
Since 2014, Yvonne Shepherd, founder of Women's Fitness Adventures, has been running hike training and leading women's hiking adventures in Australla, New Zealand and around the world. Each week she sends an email with a story from those years and what she learned from it, so you can take it into your own hiking. We'll also keep you up to date with our adventures and the hiking fitness training behind them.
Some readers are just starting out with their fitness, and others are training for their next multi-day trail.
