Fitness Modules: Functional Fitness & Cardio Boost videos

One of the key elements to a successful hike is to ensure that your muscles are strong and they support the joints that do the work. Here is a selection of Functional Fitness videos designed to make you stronger for hiking, protect your joints and minimise your risk of injury. Simply click on the links to access your session. Each session is 30 minutes long. Please ensure you are wearing shoes, have plenty of space around you (ie avoiding trip hazards) and that you are feeling well. If at any point you do not feel well, please stop and sit down. Resume when feeling better and if symptomps persist please see your doctor. There are SIX Functional Fitness Videos to choose from. All are 30 minutes long.
