Below are the dates and duration of EACH specialised training session.
Designed For You
Under the direction of your C.R.E.W Leader, each session will build on the one before.
Our goal is to make you fitter and stronger through a proven training program built on cardio, endurance, functional fitness and recovery.
Comprising 4 Full Day hikes
The FOUR full day hikes of 6-8 hours are designed to increase your endurance on the trail. Immerse yourself for a full day – which replicates time on the trail and maximise the time on your legs.


And SIX four hour sessions
The SIX x FOUR hour Adventure training sessions will focus on building cardio and strength. We visit different locations to maximise different terrains, ascents and descents. We also combine functional fitness exercises designed for strong glute muscles, hips and core.
