Trek Training 5.0 is simply that.

Five hours of hike training designed to get you fitter and stronger for any upcoming treks or to boost your overall fitness.

It is fully guided by your Women’s Fitness Adventures C.R.E.W Leader

Trek Training 5.0 is suitable for MODERATE and above fitness levels.

Note it is on trails and there are many hills involved.

Ideal for anyone seeking to:
– supplement their existing hike training when booked on a multi-day adventure
– boost their general fitness
– get fit for a hike or outdoor adventure

FAQs

Do I need any special gear?
  • No, a pair of joggers or hiking boots, water bottle, hat, morning tea, lunch and sunscreen are all you need.
  • If you have a pair of shoes with grip (ie hiking boots/shoes or trail shoes) we recommend you wear these.
  What level of fitness do I need?
  • Trek Training 5.0 is suited to MODERATE and above fitness levels.
  • To participate we recommend that you are a regular hiker.
  • The terrain is marked trails and may be gravelly underfoot. There will be hills.
  • You also need to be able to hike for 5 hours, with short breaks in between.
Can I come alone?
  • Of course! Many of our adventurers start out not knowing anyone. By the end of the session, you would think everyone has been friends for years

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment for Trek Training 5.0 is final once payment is made.
  • No refunds, credits or transfers will be given for this event.

Covid-19 Processes & Procedures

Women’s Fitness Adventures Operates under the Outdoor Recreation Activity Providers Covid Safe Industry Plan.  
  • To ensure we have a Covid-safe environment, the following procedures are in place:
  1. Social Distancing – All participants are required to be 1.5 metres apart at all times
  2. The principles of good hand hygiene, sneezing/coughing into your arm and the use and disposal of tissues is mandatory
  3. Wash hands or use sanitiser regularly
  4. No food or equipment to be shared.
  5. If you feel unwell DO NOT attend.
  6. If you have recently returned from travel and not isolated for 14 days, DO NOT attend
  7. If the leader at the start of the session,  deems that you are unwell enough to participate and you may jeopardise the health of others, you may be asked to leave.
