SUPER FRIDAY FUNDAY – is simply that.
We travel a little further afield, hike for longer and have our lunch either midway or at the end.
The goal is to explore new parks, new tracks and new areas you may not have been to before.
All under the direction of your Women’s Fitness Adventures C.R.E.W Leader and other C.R.E.W members.
A safe and supportive environment with like minded women.
It is a minimum of a half day hike, plus stops.
Followed by optional lunch afterwards in a local cafe.
Kick start your weekend with an energetic hike that boosts your cardio, strengthens the muscles and keeps the mind active with great conversation.
Suitable for moderate levels of fitness.
