Have you ever wanted to try Stand Up Paddleboarding but never had the nerve to try?

Or you have watched others do it and wished it was you?

We’ve put together a bundle that is at entry level designed for the beginner Stand Up Paddleboarder.

It is a series of 3 sessions – each one building on the other so you progress in your skills.

If you are starting out, or NEVER done it, then this is for you.

We have a fully qualified instructor, who is with us all the time – even out on the water, along with your Women’s Fitness Adventures C.R.E.W Leader. So you are in good company.

The boards, paddles and lifejackets are all supplied, as is full instruction and a safety briefing.

Do I need any special gear?

You will need to wear clothing that you are prepared to get wet in!

As it will be warm and the sun strong we suggest you wear bathers and a rash vest and a hat that will stay on.

If you feel more comfortable with board shorts or leggings these will be fine  – simply be aware if you fall in they will get wet.

A life jacket will be supplied.

What level of fitness do I need?

Stand up Paddle boarding is designed for entry level paddler’s and covers the basics.

A basic level of fitness is needed.  The water is about waist height so you need to feel comfortable should you fall off your board.

When purchased as a bundle the series will leave you feeling confident to progress to the next level of Stand Up Paddleboarding and undertake longer adventures

Can I come alone?

Of course! Many of our adventurers start out not knowing anyone. By the end of the session, you would think everyone has been friends for years

What if it is raining?

We will endeavour to conduct the sessions in all weather conditions. Should there be a severe weather event and we need to cancel, we will advise by email and text the night before.

Bookings are final once payment is made.

There are no refunds, credits or transfers for cancellations made after booking under any circumstances.
