Sand Skills Training 7.30am Gold Coast – Multi Day only

Specific Sand skills training for our adventurers going to:

Cape to Cape, Western Australia

Bibbulmum, Western Australia

Yuraygir Coastal Hike, NSW

When doing an extended day coastal hike, sand skills training is a great way to strengthen the legs, increase the cardio and get used to the terrain.

So if you are booked on one of these adventures and looking for some additional SAND training, then this session is for you.

From beginner to advanced we match the skills session to your fitness level.


The session is a combination of soft sand, hills and hard sand training at various paces.

I haven’t done this before, will I be fit enough?

Sand Skills Training  caters for our 2019 multi day adventurers heading to Cape to Cape, Western Australia, Bibbulmun Track, Western Australia and Yuraygir Coastal Hike NSW.

All fitness levels are catered for and if you are just starting out, it is a great place to start. From beginner to a regular hiker, the activities will be modified to suit your fitness level and ability.

Do I need any special gear?

No, a pair of joggers  water bottle, hat, morning tea and sunscreen are all you need.

We do recommend you bring your backpack, so you get used to the additional weight whilst walking on sand.

Can I come alone?

Of course! It is the perfect way to get to meet your fellow multi day adventurers.
