We do hope you can join us for our Port Douglas Social Walk & Talk
Our leisurely pace, coupled with conversation and coffee, is a wonderful way to start a Saturday morning as we explore Port Douglas.
  • Our Walk & Talks are a great way to spend a few hours, in the company of amazing women.
  • Enjoy great conversation and company and of course the great outdoors
  • Our Walk & Talk is open to both members and non members and is a great way to learn about who we are.
  • Walk & Talk is suitable for all fitness levels – we walk at conversation pace and stop for coffee (own cost) either en-route or on our return
  • Yvonne, our Founder and CEO, will be with you the entire way and looking out for you at the beginning.
There’s no need to know anyone – our group is so friendly and supportive, you will feel like old friends in no time. In fact, 94% of our members didn’t know anyone when they first started and have gone on to form AMAZING friendships.
  • If you are a Women’s Fitness Adventure Member, be sure to log in to book. This adventure is ALL INCLUSIVE of your membership.
  • Not a member yet? Click here for more information about membership.

I haven’t done this before, will I be fit enough?
  • Port Douglas Social Walk & Talk is all about taking a walk in the company and conversation of like minded women.
  • There’s no set pace or distance that we cover and Yvonne will ensure the safety and enjoyment of the group.
  • Keeping up conversation whilst walking and stopping for photographs makes this an ideal walking adventure for anyone wanting to walk with the company of other women, meet new friends and grab some exercise in an outdoor environment.
Do I need any special gear?
  • No, a pair of joggers or comfy walking shoes will do.
  • A water bottle and hat is also necessary.
  • Of course, we always recommend you wear sunscreen.
Can I come alone?
  • Of course! Almost everyone starts out not knowing anyone. By the end of the session, you would think everyone has been friends for years
Where do I meet?
  • We meet at Macrossan Street with easy access to car parks.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email and text message with all the details.
Personal Health & Safety
  • To ensure your personal Health & Safety as well as that of your fellow walkers, we ask that, if you feel unwell, you do not attend. Please let us know via phone, email or text if this is the case
  • Please follow the principles of good hand hygiene, sneeze and cough into your arm and dispose of tissues accordingly.
  • If the leader at the start of the session deems that you are unwell enough to participate and you may jeopardise the health of others, you may be asked to leave.
