Online Active Social Walk & Talk
- Imagine being able to walk in your own area and get fit AT YOUR OWN PACE and connect with women from all over the world at the same time!
- That’s EXACTLY what our Online Social Walk and Talk adventure is all about.
- Never worry again about finding a walking buddy because we have you covered. There is ALWAYS someone to chat to.
- AND our Women’s Fitness Adventures Leader is always there to facilitate the one hour session.
- It’s a great way to stay active and committed to your fitness.
It all happens on our PRIVATE Zoom link and all the details will be emailed to you once you register. You can check out more details on the “how does it work” section.
- Please note that the start time is AEST (Brisbane Time). Please adjust for your local Time Zone.
- We connect via our phones using ZOOM technology. Simply register and you will be sent an email with a link to join.

What Technology Do I Need?
Here’s what happens when you book your spot:- You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the links to access the Zoom session at the designated starting time.
- You will also receive a reminder email and SMS 15 minutes before the start time with the links again.
- You need a mobile phone and some headphones.
- You may need to download the Zoom App (free) so please do so if it asks. We suggest you do this a day or so before the session.
- As this is an AUDIO only session, you don’t need to have your video on.
What Do I Wear?
That of course, depends where you live.- There’s nothing special you need. Just remember to dress for your climate.
- Wear your normal walking gear and comfortable walking shoes.
- And have a water bottle handy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, to ensure the smooth running of our session, please note the following:- All bookings for Sunday Walk & Talk are final.
- If you are a Women’s Fitness Adventures member, then this session is all inclusive of your membership.
- Should you no longer be able to attend we would appreciate you contacting the office to advise
- No refunds, credits or transfers will be available once payment is confirmed.
Participation in this Program
Sunday Walk & Talk is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to hiking or looking to fine-tune your skills, we’re here to help you gain confidence on the trails. What You Need to Know: Health & Safety First- Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. Each person has a different capacity for participating in exercise. You should be aware of your fitness, health status, and skill level before commencing this session.
- You should only participate if you feel medically well to do so.
- PLEASE stop exercising immediately if you experience pain – your safety is our top priority.
- This walk may take place in a bushland or parkland setting, which means natural elements like uneven terrain, rocks, and changing weather conditions may be part of the session.
- As part of your booking, we’ll ask you to complete a Participant Document to ensure we have the most up-to-date information, including any medical details that might affect your participation. If you’ve filled this out before, please update it if anything has changed.
