Join the Online Active session that keeps you walking and talking whilst toning your muscles.
Your C.R.E.W Leader will instruct you on what the tone up may be for the day.
So register and enjoy 45 minutes of activity, whatever your fitness level.
It’s your choice of destination.
All you need is your phone, your earphones, sandshoes, sun protection and appropriate clothing for your climate, and walk with us – virtually.
It’s a simple way of staying active and keeping connected to our amazing community.
