- This Online yet Active session can be done wherever you live, whatever your fitness level and at the same time, connects you with like minded women so you can get fit while getting social.
- We do hope you will join us for our Online Active Endurance walk on a Sunday morning. We’ve set aside an hour however encourage you to set aside some additional walking time to extend the time on your legs.
- Start your walk earlier and log in with our leader at the designated time or start with the leader and walk for an extra hour after you have logged off the call – the choice is yours.
- We connect via our phones using ZOOM technology. Simply register and you will be sent an email with a link to join.
- Stay active, focused and committed to your fitness.
