Endurance Walk
(1 hour with leader plus 1 hour on own)
Join your leader at the advised time and attend this Online Active Session with the expectation that you reserve 2 hours to walk.
Start your walk earlier and log in with our leader at the designated time or start with the leader and walk for an extra hour after you have logged off the call
The goal is to keep a pace where you are puffing yet can be maintained for 120 minutes.
OPTIONAL : You can also wear your backpack for this and weight it is depending on your fitness. Make sure your backpack is correctly weighted and tightened.
Using ZOOM technology we connect via our phones and participate in a location of our choosing.
The video option is available if you choose – which means you get to see each other and there is space for everyone – all of our amazing Women’s Fitness Adventures members.
