- This Masterclass is a live, interactive session where we discuss Nutrition on the Trail to fuel your next hike.
- In this Masterclass we will discuss essential nutrition strategies for hikers.
- Women’s Fitness Adventures members will have ongoing access to the Masterclass as one of the perks of membership. This will be available in the Member Portal shortly after the live event
- Yes! If you attend live you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
- You will be able to access the Masterclass on your phone, tablet or computer.
- You may also wish to use headphones.
