When purchased as a bundle the series will leave you feeling boost your cardio, increase your endurance and leave you more confident for a regular hiking adventures.
Designed for anyone who wishes to get started with hiking in a safe and supportive group. Learn about equipment, skills and techniques to ensure that hiking is fun.
The Introductory Hike Training BUNDLE is suitable for :
- introductory hikers
- anyone wishing to boost their outdoor fitness journey.
It is up to 3 hours of Hike Training per session PLUS the Full Day Adventure with Picnic Lunch
For each of the 4 x 3 hour training sessions, the route may vary and could include hills, distance or varied surfaces.
Guided by your Women’s Fitness Adventures C.R.E.W Leader, in addition to fitness, this session also covers the hiking essentials discussions – including gear and equipment (shoes) and hiking techniques and tips.
Note BUNDLES are NOT interchangeable.
By signing on to the Sunday BUNDLE you will only be able to attend Sunday sessions.
