Introductory Hike Training Saturday Bundle
The Introductory Hike Training Bundle consists of 4 training sessions PLUS a half day “learn to rock hop” session in the Scenic Rim.
This bundle is perfect for women who have recently started their hiking journey or perhaps completed our Welcome To Hiking 1,2,3 series.
The program consists of 5 sessions in total over 5 consecutive Saturdays. Please see the FAQ tab for exact dates.
There are 4 x 3 hour sessions held in person, in Brisbane, and a half day “learn to rock hop” session in the Scenic Rim.
So if you are at the beginning of your hiking journey and have conquered a few trails and are ready to move to the next level, then this is for you.
The sessions offer the:
- in person, out on the trails experience
- lessons in the lost art of “rock hopping” as an adult
- the practical information around the fundamentals of hiking fitness – Cardio, Endurance and Strength.
