Intro Plus Hiking Bundle

The Intro Plus hiking bundle consists of 4 training sessions and a full day mountain hike.

Perfect for women who have recently started hiking or perhaps completed our Welcome To Hiking 1,2,3 series. 

The program consists of  5 sessions in total.

There are 4 x 3 hour sessions that prepare you for the full day mountain hike,

So if you are at the beginning of your hiking journey and have conquered a few trails, then this is for you.

The sessions will leave you feeling stronger and fitter for outdoor adventure as well as giving a sense of achievement with a mountain summit in the bag.

Do I need any special gear?
  • No, a pair of joggers or hiking boots, water bottle, hat, morning tea and sunscreen are all you need for our weekly 3 hour sessions. If you have a pair of shoes with grip (ie hiking boots/shoes or trail shoes) we recommend you wear these.
  • Your C.R.E.W Leader will cover such topics as gear and equipment, importance of hydration and understanding the elements.
  What level of fitness do I need?
  • Our Intro Plus Hiking bundle is designed for women who have completed our Welcome to Hiking Bundle or have been doing some introductory level hikes and are ready to take it to the next level.
  • When purchased as a bundle the series will leave you feeling with the confidence to hike an introductory mountain and progress to the next level of hiking and undertake longer adventures.
  Can I come alone?
  • Of course! Many of our adventurers start out not knowing anyone. By the end of the session, you would think everyone has been friends for years
  What if it is raining?
  • We will endeavour to conduct the sessions in all weather conditions. Should there be a severe weather event and we need to cancel, we will advise by email and text the night before.

  • 7.30am Saturday 20th June
  • 7.30am Saturday 27th June
  • 7.30am Saturday 4th July
  • 8am Saturday 11th July – Mountain Day
  • 7.30am Saturday 18th July

  • Your Women’s Fitness Adventures C.R.E.W Leader, fully trained in Remote Area First Aid
  • All National Park fees and permits (where applicable)

Covid-19 Safe Processes and Procedures

To ensure we have a Covid-safe environment, the following procedures are in place
  • Social distancing – all participants are required to be 1.5 metres apart at all times
  • The principles of good hand hygiene, sneezing/coughing into your arm and the use and disposal of tissues is mandatory
  • No food or equipment is to be shared
  • If you feel unwell DO NOT attend
  • If you have recently returned from travel and not isolated for 14 days DO NOT attend
  • If the leader, at the start of the session, deems that you are not well enough to participate and you may jeopardise the health of others, you may be asked to leave.
  • No refunds credits or transfers will be available if asked to leave.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • The dates for this bundle are fixed and individual sessions are STRICTLY non-transferrable.
  • There are no refunds for cancellations made after booking under any circumstances.
  • Should this event have to be cancelled due to severe weather or an unforeseen event, including Government Advice, you will receive a credit to your account.
