What is in the BUNDLE?

4 x 3 hour Introductory Hike Training sessions

1 x Day session with an Introduction to Rock Hopping

When purchased as a bundle the series will leave you feeling boost your cardio, increase your endurance and leave you more confident. 

Designed for anyone who has completed the Introductory Hike Training or anyone wishing to move their fitness to the next level.

Introductory Hike Training BUNDLE is suitable for :

  • introductory hikers
  • anyone wishing to boost their outdoor fitness journey. 

It is up to 3 hours of Hike Training per session PLUS the day adventure with Rock Hopping

For each of the 4 x 3 hour training sessions. The route may vary and could include hills, distance or varied surfaces.

Guided by your Women’s Fitness Adventures C.R.E.W Leader, in addition to fitness, this session also covers the hiking essentials discussions – including gear and equipment (shoes) and hiking techniques and tips.

Note BUNDLES are NOT interchangeable.

FAQs

Do I need any special gear?

No, a pair of joggers or hiking boots, water bottle, hat, morning tea and sunscreen are all you need.  If you have a pair of shoes with grip (ie hiking boots/shoes or trail shoes) we recommend you wear these.

Your C.R.E.W Leader will cover such topics as gear and equipment, importance of hydration and understanding the elements.

What level of fitness do I need?

Introductory Hike Training is the perfect introduction to hiking.  The session will involve hills and may involve uneven and rocky surfaces.

When purchased as a bundle the series will leave you feeling boost your cardio, increase your endurance and leave you more confident.

Can I come alone?

Of course! Many of our adventurers start out not knowing anyone. By the end of the session, you would think everyone has been friends for years

Where are the sessions held?

The Introductory Hike Training sessions are held at Mt Cootha in Brisbane weekly.

The exact location will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your payment.

The day Introduction to Rockhopping is held in the Scenic Rim. This is about 1 hour 30 minutes drive from Brisbane. There is the option to car pool.

This is under the instruction from experienced Wilderness Guides and the direction of  your Women’s Fitness Adventures C.R.E.W Leader.

What if it is raining?

We will endeavour to conduct the sessions in all weather conditions. Should there be a severe weather event and we need to cancel, we will advise by email and text the night before.

Booking Terms and Conditions.

Payment for Introductory Hike  Training Bundle is final once you receive a confirmation email. Full refund less 25% admin fee for any cancellations before September 19. No refunds or transfers for cancellations made after this date. Any cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.

THERE IS STRICTLY NO CHANGING OF DATES OR MAKE UP SESSIONS, UNLESS IT IS DEEMED NECESSARY BY WOMEN’S FITNESS ADVENTURES
