Our Gold Coast Hiking is simply that. It is 2.5 hours of Hike Training, created to boost fitness through cardio and endurance – time on your legs

Guided by your Women’s Fitness Adventures Leader, in addition to fitness, this session also covers the hiking essentials discussions – including gear and equipment (shoes) and hiking techniques and tips.
Designed as a training tool, Gold Coast Hiking is moderately paced and is suitable for anyone with a moderate level of fitness.
