Our Gold Coast Hiking is simply that. It is approximately 2.5 hours of Hiking, created to boost fitness through cardio and endurance, based on the Gold Coast.

Each time the route may vary and could include hills, distance or varied surfaces.

Gold Coast Hiking is moderately paced and is suitable for anyone with a moderate level of fitness.

FAQs

Do I need any special gear?
  • No, a pair of joggers or hiking boots, water bottle, hat, morning tea and sunscreen are all you need.
  • If you have a pair of shoes with grip (ie hiking boots/shoes or trail shoes) we recommend you wear these.
  What level of fitness do I need?
  • Gold Coast Hiking is a moderately graded training session.  The session will involve hills and may involve uneven and rocky surfaces.
  • You need to be comfortable getting out of breath.
  • You also need to be able to hike for 2.5 hours with limited stops.
Can I come alone?
  • Of course! Many of our adventurers start out not knowing anyone. By the end of the session, you would think everyone has been friends for years

  • All National Park fees and permits (where applicable)

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment for Gold Coast Hiking is final once payment is made.
  • No refunds, credits or transfers will be given for this event.

Covid-19 Processes & Procedures

To ensure we have a Covid-19 Safe environment, the following procedures are in place.
  1. Social distancing.  All participants are required to be 1.5 metres apart at all times
  2. The principles of good hand hygiene, sneezing/coughing into arm and the use and disposal of tissues are mandatory
  3. No food or equipment is to be shared
  4. If you feel unwell DO NOT attend.
  5. If you have recently returned from overseas travel and not isolated for 14 days, please DO NOT attend
  6. If the leader, at the start of the session, deems that you are not well enough to participate and you may jeopardise the health of others, you may be asked to leave. No refunds, credits or transfers are available.
