It’s always a Friday Funday at Women’s Fitness Adventures. On various Friday’s throughout the year, we head out to the various National Parks, seafronts and bush trails around Brisbane for a two and a half to three hour morning adventure.

Kick start your weekend with an energetic hike that boosts your cardio, strengthens the muscles and keeps the mind active with great conversation.

Suitable for anyone who is a regular walker, we discover parks, forests and trails within a 30 minute drive of Brisbane CBD.

This week we are at Bellbird Grove on Brisbane’s westside. Full details regarding the meeting point will be emailed once your booking is complete

FAQs

I haven’t done this before, will I be fit enough?
Friday Funday this week is for Challenging fitness levels.

There are considerable hills and uneven surfaces.

Do I need any special gear?

No, a pair of joggers, water bottle, hat, morning tea and sunscreen are all you need. If you have hiking boots, we recommend you wear those.

Can I come alone?

Of course! Many of our adventurers start out not knowing anyone. By the end of the session, you would think everyone has been friends for years
