HikeAbout PLUS is a cardio training session in a hiking environment specifically designed to:
- boost your cardio through hill training AT PACE
- increase your ENDURANCE through extended distance on legs
- strengthen the muscles that support the joints through 30 minutes of Functional Fitness exercises
- build strength in your legs while carrying a backpack (minimum 5kg)
We recommend a MODERATE and ABOVE level of fitness due to the level of cardio training at pace, that is involved.
Each session is in the bush and maximises the environment.
This session is under the direction of your Women’s Fitness Adventures C.R.E.W Leader – a Certified Personal Trainer. Be prepared to be challenged.
