We know that one of the fastest ways to increase your cardio is to take on hills.
Walking up a hill elevates your heart rate quickly, boosting your cardio.
So if you are booked on one of these adventures and looking for some additional CARDIO training, then this session is for you.
From beginner to advanced we match the hill to your fitness level.
Push it out on the way up and recover on the way down
So if you are looking for a way to boost the cardio, in a safe and supportive environment, then Cardio Hill training is for you.

FAQs

I haven’t done this before, will I be fit enough?

Cardio Hills is a great way to boost your cardio fitness for an upcoming Multi day adventure.

Urban Hills Fitness Adventure caters for all fitness levels and if you are just starting out, it is a great place to start.

Do I need any special gear?

No, a pair of joggers  water bottle, hat, morning tea and sunscreen are all you need.

Can I come alone?

Of course! Come along and meet the rest of your fellow adventurers. The journey is only beginning.
