In case we haven’t met, I’m Yvonne
A self -confessed outdoor and sunshine lover who gets excited about helping other women discover a love of outdoor physical adventures.
Over seven years ago Women’s Fitness Adventures began with a dozen strangers (all women) on a week long hike in Victoria, Australia. Each was looking for some “me time’ in a supportive and encouraging group where conversation and exercise in the great outdoors was the daily pattern.
Fast forward to today and we have encouraged thousands of women to become stronger for life through fitness, adventure and a social connection. We do this through our online fitness & hike training programs, thriving online community and our in person multi day adventures in Australia and around the world.
It all began with the first step. And now I want to share that with you.
I went from being unfit to really enjoying my hiking.

“I joined Women’s Fitness Adventures because I wanted to find a community of women who were committed to fitness on a daily basis. Walking is what I love, as well as the gym sessions. I am completely with you in thinking forward to when I am older. I want to age well and be a physically active senior. Also I am looking to travel and do walking holidays when I retire and would like to be able to do this with like-minded women.”
