Welcome.
If you have arrived here, we have designed our adventures at the Moderate Level to suit your fitness level.
Almost all of our Moderate Adventures involve carrying a day pack of 5-7kg. This generally includes 2-3 litres water, rainjacket/coat, personal first aid, snacks, camera etc.
They also include hills. Sometimes there are many. We know that we get puffed on hills, but we also know that the more we do them, the easier it gets, so that is why they are included. After all, some of the most beautiful places are just beyond the next hill.
Whilst it doesn’t happen often, sometimes our adventures may go for longer than planned. This could be due to simply having too much fun, or finding something extra to see on our trails.
By choosing moderate, we know you are comfortable with your fitness should things go for a little longer than planned.
Regardless of the level of the adventure, your C.R.E.W Leader is always be on hand to support and guide you. Depending on the adventure you may also have a Local Professional Wilderness Guide.
