Great news! You are in for our Specialised Adventure Training Sessions designed to boost your fitness for your upcoming multi day adventure. The first session starts in September and we will be in contact with you a few weeks before to determine where you are currently at with your fitness, your goals and to discuss any concerns you may have. I always find that it is in the training that you learn so much about yourself - from your intentions and commitment, to understanding your mind and your body.
