  Clothing and Merchandise Refund Policy   Please note the following terms and conditions in relation to the Women’s Fitness Adventures clothing and merchandise range   Please note, that we accept refunds or exchanges up to maximum of 7 days from the day of receipt of goods.   We are happy to refund or exchange the product if it is a manufacturer fault or if it is damaged and can be proven beyond reasonable doubt. Products that are on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.   Please choose carefully as we do not issue refunds or exchanges if you change your mind   Incorrect sizing – please refer to the sizing chart to ensure you choose the correct size. Samples are always available for try on at most adventure events.. With regard to underwear, when trying on, please try on over your underwear.   No refunds are given for socks, bandanas and first aid kits unless they are faulty Any returned product has to be in its original packaging and it cannot be used, washed or treated in any way. We are happy to exchange if the sizing is incorrect, provided that the original tag and/or packaging is still in place AND that the garments have not been worn The returned product has to be totally in new conditions in order to be accepted by us.
