We offer a range of programs which range from in person to FULLY ONLINE or a hybrid version. All programs allow you to progress at your pace, and at the same time, build friendships, camaraderie and hiking networks.

Adventure Ready for Hiking

The online interactive hike training course designed for women  who want to complete multi day hiking adventures. In completing the course you will have all the hiking knowledge, fitness skills and mindset motivation you need to successfully complete a multi day hiking adventure.

Couch to Mountain

C2M is a SIX month structured program consisting of online training sessions and an in person adventure. It gives you the opportunity, alongside other like minded women to become Adventure Ready from wherever you live – with interactive online sessions, teaching and training plans and more.

100km Adventure Ready

Are you ready to take your hiking up a notch but not super keen to do it on your own? This fully supported “hybrid”program combines the ONLINE training program AND an in person adventure covering 100km over 9 days on a day pack, hotel/cabin accommodation style adventure in Western Australia.

Workshops

Throughout various locations we hold hiking workshops that teach the practical skills of hiking fitness, hiking skills, gear & equipment and hike preparation. This “theory” is combined with a practical, outdoor hiking session. Whether you are a seasoned hiker ready to take it up a notch or you are getting started, our workshop series will ensure that you have the knowledge you need to feel confident and safe for your next adventure.

HikeAbout

HikeAbout is a combination of Hike Training and Functional Fitness exercises. Developed by a female Certified Personal Trainer & Hiking expert, this in person 3 hour workout focuses on cardio, strength and endurance. Each session will elevate your heart rate, build strength in your legs and teach you the right exercises to ensure you are physically stronger for hiking. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

Social Hiking South Australia

Welcome to Hiking 

This session comprises a series of three x three hour in person training sessions dedicated to the entry level hiker. If you are at the beginning of your hiking journey and not sure where to start, this session will set you up with the basics of correct hiking/walking technique, hydration, food, nutrition as well as how to plan for your future adventures.
